    Next you’ll receive an email with several property options to see if we are on the same page.

    If any are of interest, we can view the property for you, and work together with the agent on all required matters.

  • Our service is complimentary to you. We work on a commission-split basis with the selling agent, meaning you pay no additional fee for our property search and advisory.

    For international assignments where a property requires viewing outside of our primary locations, London and Marbella, we kindly ask that travel expenses – including flights, accommodation, and meals – are covered.

    This ensures we can deliver the same bespoke, concierge-level service wherever your property search may take you.

  • We specialise in London, Copenhagen and Marbella (plus surrounding areas such as Sotogrande, and Casares).

    We may also help you with other international properties but it requires all expenses (flights, hotels etc.) covered.
