Whether a property needs a light touch or a more complete transformation, we tailor our styling service to the home, the market and the budget. This can be as simple as refining what is already there, adding a few carefully chosen pieces and finishing details, or as involved as reworking an entire room to create a more beautiful, balanced and desirable space. Our aim is always the same: to bring out the full potential of a property and create interiors that feel inviting, elevated and memorable.

Fees are tailored to the scope of each project, with a minimum styling fee applying to smaller commissions.

SOURCING PROPERTIES

We work with buyers in search of distinctive homes, from beautifully finished residences to properties with renovation potential. Guided by a refined eye for detail and a strong instinct for what makes a home truly special, we source properties with character, beauty and long-term appeal. Whether looking for a rare find, a project to transform or a home that simply feels right, we offer a more thoughtful and curated approach to the search.

Our sourcing service begins with an initial retainer, credited against a success fee of 1.5% of the final purchase price.

    We will search for potential property that could fit your criteria, visit them for you and present you with options that might work for your property goals.

    We will help you with the negotiations, lawyers, estate agents and what you may need to secure your new home. Once the property has been purchased we can also help you with architects/ interior designers/ landscape architects etc.

SOURCHING FAQs

  • You can send us an email with your requirements or if you prefer a chat/ meeting we can arrange that.

    Next you’ll receive an email with several property options to see if we are on the same page.

    If any are of interest, we can view the property for you, and work together with the agent on all required matters.

  • Our service is complimentary to you. We work on a commission-split basis with the selling agent, meaning you pay no additional fee for our property search and advisory.

    For international assignments where a property requires viewing outside of our primary locations, London and Marbella, we kindly ask that travel expenses – including flights, accommodation, and meals – are covered.

    This ensures we can deliver the same bespoke, concierge-level service wherever your property search may take you.

  • We specialise in London, Copenhagen and Marbella (plus surrounding areas such as Sotogrande, and Casares).

    We may also help you with other international properties but it requires all expenses (flights, hotels etc.) covered.
